Elections are over and the GOP holds the house, senate, and congress. Things will now get done which means lots of building but more importantly inflation.
We also need the Dodd-frank act to be undone allowing the banks to start lending furthering the rise in inflation.
If these two outcomes occur then commodity prices will rise from here. The markets are suggesting this will happen
