Yes - they'd need to get themselves comfortable.
It may be already sort of more advanced than starting from scratch though.
According to April's announcement they have already been mining this year and at least some of this stockpile is from that process having already commenced.
"Mining of blasted ore has commenced in Dowling Pit and this ore will be stockpiled for processing in the June quarter".
