    Anyone have a ballpark figure of the NPV if TPG wins in Singapore? The capex is around a few hundred million...but the NPV should be similar or greater? Why would David Teoh and Rob Millner risk outlaying hundreds of millions upfront if the NPV reward is miniscule.
