I've taken a position here and I like the comparison to GBT. BVS went private and invested heavily in new product ($100m cumulative) while GBT remained public and looks like they might have underinvested. BVS are now growing quickly as a result and are signing up clients to Sonata while GBT are treading water. Yet GBT trades on 16x earnings while BVS is on 13x.
