The first point in Mr Wang's plan is under the heading "Strategy" where he thinks the company needs "a well-defined strategy, which at its core sees this energy crisis as an opportunity to develop value along the entire gas value chain".
He also believes that growth options aren't being addressed and bringing forward some of the low-cost options would help rebuild confidence. Under his fourth point of "Growth", the billionaire's letter says that "potential low-cost projects must be brought forward for development as soon as possible" and a clearly defined schedule for the implementation of those projects needs to be developed.
