First a huge well done for the podcast..... very informative and filled in a few gaps ( and we all know that gaps should always be filled right ?).
I have a suggestion for the site. Feel free to tell me to pull my head in if it's out of line or too difficult to implement, or even if it's simply a bad idea.
I think the name "IAMLTH" is a little vague, difficult to work out how to pronounce and could do with a little tweaking. My idea is to turn the site "title" into something that immediately means something to everyone AND to give it a "motto" (for want of another word).
