Indians are getting max 273,876,706 shares

If 3.3c is issue price and this becomes our new base SP our MC would be $101.342 million with 3,070,963,770 shares on issue provided no options are converted prior to issuing shares to the Indians

If 4.3c is issue price and this becomes our new base SP our MC would be $132.051 million with 3,070,963,770 shares on issue provided no options are converted prior to issuing shares to the Indians

The conversion of options only adds to our market cap which is highly favourable IMO!!

At the time of notice of meeting Indians were to be given 10%, however, with the addition of ordinary shares by way of conversion the Indians will have less than 10% approximately 8.9% if no further options are converted prior to issue of shares to the Indians

Quite clever by management to lock in 10% at the time of notice of meeting which fixes the amount of shares they receive!!
