I seriously doubt the version numbers carry much weight. If management has been holding back on the app like many here believe then we could be in for a treat when it does come back out.
Imho, management's efforts to get the app to perform well whilst still satisfying data rentention has failed and hence why we didn't launch back in June and they still haven't managed to get the performance levels back to non-compliance levels. Or they had a dud all along.
