This is a very simple investment to be honest. This is a publicly listed family company that runs a very smooth operation.
Key risks are: key person risk, but I think there has been some clear cut succession planning and competitors. It is also pretty illiquid.
It is a very conservatively run business with an excellent balance sheet on an undemanding multiple. It does tend to do nothing and then change quite quickly on affirmation of guidance/ results as if the market doesn't quite believe the story despite achieving it for so long. And they have very kooky annual reports... Star Wars ... fashion etc
