I raised this on an earlier different thread. They will be doing a cr for up to 10 percent dilution as part of special resolution 4 for the agm coming up.
This was announced a while back to do this sometime throughout next period if approved.
Q2-Q3 will likely be cr/financing.
BSM will need money to develop graphmada and part of the reason for stratmin divested to Bsm is that bsm will be able to raise funds more easily to develop graphmada etc.
