    Nov 24 (Reuters) - Australian Competition and Consumer Commission

    • ACCC will not oppose qube acquisition of f Australian Amalgamated Terminals
    • Accepted court-enforceable undertakings that will allow the proposed acquisition by Qube of the remaining 50 per cent of Australian Amalgamated Terminals Pty Ltd
    • An independent auditor, who will report to ACCC, will assist in ensuring qube and aat are meeting their obligations outlined in the undertaking
