Ann: Response to ASX Aware Query, page-2

Good to see the ASX taking NEA to task on this, they have totally stuffed this process up and it brings into question the ability of the Board (and Management) to manage the growth of the business as expansion continues in the USA.

They should have come into the AGM, had a plan in place around a raising and followed it through from there....why we need $20m unless we are entering another territory is beyond me!!

Hope the ASX continue to pressure NEA to ensure there are some learnings out of this for the business.

NEA has gone from a great hold to a closely watched stock that I am willing to offload overnight!!
