Not only being register 16th nov but also only apply with max 15k which equates to 454500 shares and 454500 options exercise at 5c.
This is only good if you are holder with 500k and lower. for major it is not going to make much different until sp = 9c above.
Now in the long run it is very good.
But with floor price set by xped 3.3 to 4.4c. it does not help major holder at all.
However it puts stop to slide of sp.
