I've been caught before where legal issues damage S'hldrs value eg. Molopo - looks like a tangled web could unfold.
Not sure if management can distance themselves from an employees signature?
I maybe wrong of course, but decided today was day for me to bail out, just keeping a minor holding to keep my interest & in time reflect on what might have been!.
