Id ageee with pretty much everything you said however as Gary alluded to, Freeway was originally targeted for more developing economies, SEA, Latin America etc and were well funded in this area. However they have been overwhelmed by the demand for OTT in the USA, you could probably say they were a little caught off guard or atleast did not expect such demand in the USA, therefore they have began to shift focus on this market, requiring additional capital.
