It's not bad when you report a record FY2015 Profit of $17,1m, then a mere 18 months later you top that with an Interim Profit (1H2017) in excess of that high watermark.
Regardless of this euphoric phase emanating from strong housing construction and the WA market entry, NCK are still hinting at 'possible strategic growth opportunities'. Is it just the NZ expansion, or something else?
I also wonder if NCK, as part of their property purchases, are eyeing off inner Western Sydney with plans by the NSW Government to ratchet up infrastructure spending to $73b over the next 5 years in an effort to allow for the construction of 180,000 new dwellings in the area. That's a useful number of new lounges and coffee tables that are going to be required.
