    I was oversimplifying and giving people stuff to research but your description is more technically correct.

    The only mentioned the ISPs taking care of the caching in relation to the previous scenario put forward of a wangle chip being in everything, in this care it would be more efficient for the ISP to have the cache. Just as Netflix and Google have caches inside ISP networks now.

    This stock no longer fits within my trading plan. Product was released, evaluated and in my opinion came up short so I sold.
