Looking at the BYE AGM papers, it would appear that the timeline is slipping back again mostly to do with regulatory approval.
These public servants have no idea of the cost of delays, in fact, I think they go slow to keep themselves employed.
Good to hear that Trump is going to remove some of these chair warmers and hopefully pick up the pace of our development to production.
