No idea of the price, I guess it comes down to willing seller, willing buyer.
Refurbishment costs depend on lots of things however as I posted before the longer the plant sits the more needs to be spent on refurbishment. Things like pump seals, the oil feeds for the mill bearings etc. all deteriorate when they sit idle. The pipework is usually all replaced as is the wiring etc.
Essentially the crusher, mill(s), tanks, goldroom(maybe) are what is being bought along with all the ancillary stuff like conveyors, walkways, pumps, hoppers, FOB etc.
The layout of the plant at Lawlers will be different to the proposed plant at Mertondale so all the plumbing, wiring and links need to be done from scratch.
