can you please make me understand this fear you have of options being converted, They have been there for many years and always had the potential to be converted.
The only way they wouldnt be converted would be if the price of the MNS heads was below the strike price of 9.5 cents.
Are you suggesting it would be better for MNS if the share price was below 9.5 cents and how could that be a positive?? KNL could soon be that low, is that how you invest?
Those optionds were sold and provided working capital many years earlier that would of prevented further CR. Now they are providing futher capital to prevent interim CR's??
if we didnt have then MNS would be doing CR's and then their would be futher dilution??
