Thanks for those thoughtful comments. Truth is that due to the size of my shareholding I can't just "get out and come back in after the announcement" without sending the SP down near zero. So I am in until at least there is a spike after good news. And of course if there is good news it could be a reason to stay in!!
I would slightly refine your comments though - you say the "smart" bit is too expensive for the "non-smart" bit. I would really have hoped by now that the "smart" bit should be going gangbusters. After all, this is not a startup anymore.
