futurenow, IMO it would be detrimental for the SP if directors bought shares on market at the moment. To buy shares would be saying to the market that they see no possibility of the SP going up in the foreseeable future. IMO the directors have a very good idea of "When" the MOU will become a Binding Contract as well as a very good idea of debt funding as well as likely increase details of the reserve. Knowledge of any of those points would constitute insider trading!
