Seriously the place is an absolute schithole outside the little capuccino strip. i will not let my Mrs go to Target or the cheap chemist there by herself as its choc full of aggressive drunken/drugged people.
The amount of times I have seen people running out of the few stores that are left being chased by shop keepers or fights in the middle of the streets or in the wool stores shop is astounding.
I wont even go on about the amount of times I have copped racial abuse and been spat on either.
The place has had 0 dollars spent on it since Americas Cup, its decrepid, has pretty much 0 retail, record building vacancies, people are sick of the place and now just rather "go elsewhere"
and the Green tinged agenda driven council think the most important thing is to give any retailers left another kick in the teeth by getting rid of one of their biggest days of the year.
lol. but as long as the 5% that support this decision are happy. thats the main thing
