Yes, it might not be that advantageous atm. I'm sure there are others that can clear this up but with the way things are going there's also a likelihood that everyone will have to eventually abide by these laws.
Either way we don't have a choice as we were classified as a CSP already which is why some have questioned why did the company launch the app in somewhere without these laws.
