Disappointing.

So it seems that as a Director you can give a good mate a/several large block of shares at a substantial discount to market - and he can then vote you back in and vote through any amendments you need at the next AGM on any shortfalls in your performance hurdles.

If that was the case, then ordinary little shareholders might wonder what happens next? [Why is the share price being kept so low if the major shareholders are so well entrenched already??]

It is sad to see some of the old loyal LT posters departing but understandable. Personally I'm glad I didn't bet the farm on BGS. Making excuses for questionable corporate behaviour just leaves a bad taste in your mouth.

Do you think they got the message at the AGM?... or care??
