I just received the pack myself and jumped on here to see if anyone had posted a summary. @Kano33 thanks for posting. I'll have to digest it myself tomorrow, but I have to say none of the above surprises me. It is exactly why I voted to put the company into administration. If your posting is an accurate reflection of the findings it does very much show that @tt2000 and others were correct in not doubting the suspect nature of everything that went on.
I'm kicking myself for not selling after Lone Star's bid was rejected, and I have a (sad, yet vindictive) wish that those who voted against it and had misplaced faith in the CEO and Chairperson running AZZ were still holders when it went down.
Even if ASIC prosecutes Cruikshank we can be sure that i) he has structured his assets such that it has limited what can be recovered/fined and ii) we have seen recently (I've posted before) that the fines imposed are mediocre at best and custodial sentences are non existent.
I'm happy to contribute to locking the crook up or at least ensuring he never sets foot in the country without prosecution again.
