Jim Jim Jim, Cross Jim, I gather from your violently angry post directed at me that it's your way or the highway.

I don't think the condition is clinical, but it may require some time in the room of mirrors to address personal issues relating to arrogance and total lack of respect.

Sorry to hear of the loss of your father and grandfather. I always thought those who died gave their lives for our freedom. This was certainly true in WW2 though WW1 can be viewed as a pathetic European adventure that needlessly laid waste to a generation of our finest.

If you ever travel overseas try to make it to Turkey and Gallipoli, where the question inevitably arises what on Earth were Australians doing there.

Thanks most of all Jim for your tolerance and humility.

As for that personal angle you raised in a failed and foolish bid to deny any view other than your own, I'm utterly convinced that the uncle I never knew - Cliff, a Fremantle lad - died in a naval action in the Indian Ocean on or about June 29, 1944, so i could be free.

And you could have that option.
