    Not sure these guys know how to do acquisitions. My sense is that if they never started acquiring then the stock would still be over $3.50. Now in all likelihood this will drift down to $2.40. Had a very similar thing happen to me at SDA recently but at least their acquisition multiples got lower rather than higher!
