That's been my bet along Miri, Dorfner are also an engineering firm. I believe they were employed to independently test the LMax process and provide plant design and costing. For due diligence they'd also need to test traditional roasting. As we know high cost, environmentally unfriendly. KC seems to have a real handle on the lowest cost producers will survive, principle. Backing LMax for the win here. Also, just sayin, PLP look cheap at the moment.
