The next 6 months will be the best and maybe last chance to get under 10c.
I am very hopeful for NTCell and it will be in the dollars in a few years.
I'm happy if they raise cheaply and quickly by going to the institutions or better still the long term top 20 who won't sell.
If they offer to all(retail) shareholders at 0.085c then that is fine but u will be able to get that anyway over the next couple of months if your patient.
