This has more twists and turns than a paperback novel, and I concur with Moggs, Bluey, JB, and others, that this will encourage the Vic epa to clarify necessary procedures, for PASS, and effectively ''clean up'' all the little backroom deals, that would have been created, in the past.
A great positive result for us, in effect.
