Wow connecting the dots very well there @BrayWyatt. I can not say for certain it is the same individual... however I am more confident then not that it is given:
1) Extreme tax advantages of investing in Australian companies from HK/SG if you are a individual resident in either of those countries. It looks like the PE funds operations are based there and the shareholding is registered directly under his name.
2) His funds focus is on China and our business is targeting that market.
