Although we lost money, it feels good knowing we caused the Crook and his family to lose money too.
Had this not have been suspended, the share price would have gone above $0.66 (before it came crashing right back down) and noteholders would have converted into shares and sold off to unsuspecting buyers (that thought an $0.80+ share price was supported based on the $250M deal).
The winners would have been the noteholders that converted and the shareholders that sold.
But then came the suspension, which forced the Crook and his family to suffer the same fate as us all.
All that is left is for ASIC to prosecute and for the Crook to spend some quality time playing pick up the soap games and negotiate the extension of his rectum with no conditions precedent
