Problems with SEN include:-
Lack of transparency.

Potential class action.

Fundraising yet to be achieved and not likely to be a quick result.

Fundraising terms & conditions will now be more onerous on SEN because why would you want to lend money to them on anything like favourable terms.

Uncertain revenues.

Possible downgrade before half yearly report.

FG still on the Board.

CEO now gets a better chance of clearing the decks of anything he doesn't like as long as Stoickdale supports him.

Need for new faces on the board who can add value.

SEN credibility will take a lot of mending - something like three results where they underpromise and over deliver.
