    I was just doing some research and came across this>>>

    Around 1/11/06 company made announcement to ASX on Proposed Fundraising and Acquisition --

    This is very detailed --

    Share placement was done at an issue price of 0.12 pound per share translate this to aussie currency it is about 0.29 cents per share

    So what does that tell you??????

    Well do your own research lots of information already in existing announcements
