Thanks to the TUs and support from various ppl over the pre AGM debacle.
We ended up succeeding on the Chairman (who did not make out his case), but I think only a few realise that it was not really a simple sequence of events and it's one which may not be easily repeated.
The points about FC and the conflict of interest of a Director could have been much more targetted. Had there been less elitism and more co-operation.
