    is it just me or does this sound like they are pulling it straight from said 'agreement', "for the sale by Kidman to Marindi of rights to pegmatite". Is there any chance KDR took a step too far in the negotiation process, maybe MZN are trying to use part of the standard negotiation process against them? Surely unless documents were signed off and the market was not informed then there is no case :S
