ASIC will have a field day with Kaboko. Off takes that never happened. Crusher plants at port that never seemed to make it to the mine site. High grades at a pit heavily promoted and with no explanation dumped for a permit next to a swap.
Noble did $7m and found out the permit was in the 3rd persons name when not one ton of ore was delivered
Good luck to Noble in court and I hope they have involved ASIC.
