Your correct the grade is key 275 g/t ag = 4 g/t au, cdv was a very low 1.5 g/t stuff, they also weren't looking at doing a $20mill heap leach, they also need to build a $300mill plant to process there stuff.
It comes down to grade and risk profile,
AZS very low capex and very high grade = a home run
CDV very high capex and very low grade = risky business
