probably true, but the profitability of the koongie project is pretty zinc price sensitive, so recent falls (from around the $US 2 mark to around mid $1.6's has dramatically decreased the potential value of the project vs where it was a month ago).

Copper prices have also fallen significantly.

according to their previous quarterly reports it will cost close to $200 million to develop this project which will require capital raisings or debt financing so profit will have to be enough to provide enough discounted cashflow to cover capital costs as well as provide an adequate surplus for investors.

The less optimistic the outlook for zinc prices the more difficult to raise capital either via placements or via bank finance and also the less general market interest in a good zinc story.

From a technical point of view there's been a lot of red candlesticks on this one lately, and any spark in the price has been fairly quickly met with a selldown - maybe people are getting a bit bored with the trader games on it as well.
