jbr - I see where you are coming from to some extent, but only partly.

I was not one of them - like you - who believed that 'the big one' announcement was just around the corner. That ADRC was just about to become THE global standard in IoT.

For those that did believe that - and there were quite a few of you - I can understand that recent developments, or lack thereof, have brought you crashing to the ground.

As the old adage goes, 'the bigger they are the harder they fall'.

But, imo, you are now over-reacting in the other direction.

While it should be very clear to everyone that the 'big one' (you know, 'I'm not going to trade this as I would hate to be out when the 'big one' is announced') is not going to happen.

This is going to be a slow burn - with chipping away at niche markets as IoT gains momentum rather than an overnight game changer.

But as a slow builder of niche markets, it appears to have the tech, personnel and strategy to give it a good shake.

The Telink and Lenze partnerships, in particular, look very promising to me.

But make no mistake. Every man and his dog is positioning for the IoT markets and it will be very competitive and many will fall by the wayside. Despite its undoubted promise, Xped has many hurdles to go.

2017 is likely to be the make or break year.
