Oh my.....re-instatement has nothing to do with my post. I did not even mention it.

The ASX have queried and suspended the company due to non disclosure and previous history in doing so going going back to May. Stating in company Ann's that there is no related party connection pursuant to the share issue/s only for it to be proven factually that there is raises eyebrows - whether they were sold or not ! No director - as much as you OR I - can state when or if it will be re-instated as the evidence will be heavily considered in the Fed Court. What may have been perceived an open and shut case, seems a little trickier in reality - based purely on the released company information to date. I am not sure how a judge will view it.

You best hope (as do I for holders sakes) that the court rules favourably. I don't know what happens from here if they were not to.
