Might as well chime in here as well. I followed @forrestfield here from the STT thread and never looked back. I had about 85% of my portfolio in SRT at one stage.
I sold a big chunk of my holdings a couple weeks ago and used the proceeds as a deposit + stamp duty on a house (no choice on the timing sadly). At 40 I'm finally a home-owner and it's in very large part thanks to the diligence and research done by forest, @TraderGT, @multiplier and @TheArchitect
If there is such a thing as karma you guys are in for a treat!
