Hard to imagine WPL are not involved, when we initially had the early WPL rumour, followed by prominent Brazilian and Singaporean energy rags quoting Petrobras confirming negotiations with KAR & WPL.
The fact that others may be lining up for a slice of the action is testament to the quality of the assets, in particular Tartaruga.
