Heh, I wish. Just the deposit and all the fees and charges... Still, a 10% deposit on a 3br townhouse is big bickies these days. The beauty of it all is that having paid for all that, my portfolio is still (slightly) bigger than when I started 2 years ago. I didn't have to sacrifice my savings to get into the housing market as I'd assumed I'd have to.
Now I'm going to hold till January-Feb , sell another chunk and fill the house with posh furniture*
*may just be a lounge, let's see how the next Ann goes.
