Agreed, sovereign risk is a big part of the problem. Mozambique has been sliding in all global ranks since the beginning of the year.
Another obvious element is management, or, should we say, the lack thereof. Until a new MD comes onboard, the concerns about spherical graphite will be secondary to the concern about whether SYR will come into production on schedule.
