I dont think TOL will ever get to the levels I had got when I first got in. But I am not a seller of them even if the price appreciates further.

So, at under 18 I think TOL will make a marvelous investment for the time horizon I have held my initial lot.
It may depreciate, but with Patrick and the Infrastructure Co. that will be set up with the spin off of Pac Nat's assets still in the control of TOL and SembCorp operating throughout Asia it will be worth the wait.
The only things I have very minor concerns with are:
*ACCC and small owner operators who will cause a fuss due to outcry of inhibiting competition.
*Succession planning of Paul Little. (Although the company is set up with the quality senior heads across all divisions - Linehaul, Interstate and domestic,warehousing, Rail, Sea and Air... Paul Little is the Chief you never want to lose in an industry that is cut throat).
