Good Point...why is the exercise price only .20c?
It's not sending a positive for TNGs future sp in 2yrs considering it should be $2 around then.
Or could it be purely for shareholders to top up and TNG to add $4mil before the big lift off and ensure the offer gets taken up even if the Chinese sell it down below 13c.
Lets face it if the sp falls below 13c the only reason you'd take up the offer would be for the 20c options and the belief that TNG is on track time wise.
