Have done some research on the NCCN web site.
My initial view is that the recommendation for SIRT has been upgraded from 3 to 2A.
2016- https://www.nccn.org/professionals/physician_gls/pdf/colon_blocks.pdf
2017 - https://www.nccn.org/professionals/physician_gls/pdf/colon.pdf
2016 paper clearly states a cat 3 view.

2017, released now removes the cat 3, and by default becomes a 2A recommendation.
Not being a medic, I may be confused and would prefer some informed validation as to my reading of these papers.
