That's exactly right.
Some would sell entirely and buy back in lower price (if possible). Some may double down on the way down and some may top up on the way up for short/long term plays.
Horses for courses to maximise share ownership and maximise personal profit. Nothing wrong with that.
I didn't sell as I have a different investment strategy and my financial situation is different to yours (buy and hold).
Might head back to 0.16 today given more buyers are stepping up to the plate.
